1. How much does it cost to hire Roosevelt?

 

Pricing depends on event date, artist lineup, setup style, location and performance length.

Quotation Validity :

​

• Quotes are valid for 3 days only.

 

Date Expiration :

 

• We block your date after receiving 50% advance.

• If advance isn't received in 3 days, the date is released for other bookings.

​2. Do you require a deposit?

​​​

Yes, 50% advance payment required to secure artists as well as Sound (if applicable).

• Balance : Pay in cash on event day OR next day via online transfer (Google Pay).

• Ahmedabad Offer : Pay 100% in advance and get 10% OFF.

Refund terms :

• Pay 100% in advance : 50% refund if cancelled more than 15 days before the event.

• 50% advance OR cancellation within 15 days of the event date : NO REFUND

3. How long do you play for, and how much setup time do you need?

​​

• Setup Time : We arrive 30 - 60 minutes early for setup and sound check.

• Performance Time : Up to 3 hours total, includes two 10 - minute breaks.

• Government Rules : Per Gujarat rules, performances must end by 11 PM. We strictly follow sound limit to avoid penalties.

4. How much space do you require and are you able to perform outside?

​​

• Stage Size : We require a proper stage. The ideal size for 3 artists is 16ft x 12ft (with a 1ft height) with an independent power supply on stage. Extra space needed for grand Piano set up.

• Grand Piano : Only at ground floor venues with trolley access and venue approval.

• Outdoor Events : Yes, provided the performance space is sheltered from potential rain and direct sunlight.

• Stage Styling : Good ambient lighting, elegant decor, and front flower line recommended to hide cables for clean photos.

5. Are all of your performances with backing tracks and do you take requests ?

Yes, We perform with Pre-recorded high quality backing tracks, so requests from guests aren't possible. For a copy of our current repertoire list, please click here.

6. Will you require refreshments?

​​

• Drinks : Please provide water and soft drinks for the artists and team during setup and performance.

• Meals : If our team is required on-site during lunch or dinner hours, we request that meals be provided. Please notify us in advance if meals cannot be accommodated.

7. Can I see you perform live before I book?

​

• Private Events : Most of our performances are for private events, so public viewing opportunities are rarely available.

• Digital Showcase : You can view high-quality videos of our live performances, past events, and setup styles directly on our social media pages.

8. Can we discuss details over a call?

​

Yes. We're happy to discuss your event on a call.

For accuracy, calls are recorded with an automatic announcement. We do this to capture event details, payment terms, and requirements accurately. A summary will also be shared on WhatsApp after the call.
