1. How much does it cost to hire Roosevelt?

 

My prices vary depending on a number of factors that will be specific to each event, such as type of performance, date, location, length of set(s) etc. The best thing to do is to fill out the form on my CONTACT page, giving as much information as you can so that I get back to you as quickly as possible with an accurate quote.

​2. Do you require a deposit?

​​​

Yes, 50% advance payment required to secure artists as well as Sound (if applicable), with the remaining balance to be paid on the event day(cash) or next day via online transfer (google pay).

Refund terms :

• Pay 100% in advance : 50% refund is cancelled more than 15 days before the event.

• No refund on 50% advance on cancellation within 15 days of the event date for any booking.

3. How long do you play for, and how much setup time do you need?

​​

• Setup Window: We arrive 30 to 60 minutes before showtime for equipment setup and a sound check.

• Maximum Time: Up to a 3-hour maximum performance, which includes two short 10-minute breaks.

• Government Rules : Per Gujarat rules, performances must end by 11 PM. We strictly follow sound limits to avoid penalties.

4. How much space do you require and are you able to perform outside?

​​

• Stage Size : We require a proper stage. The ideal size for 3 artists is 16ft x 12ft (with a 1ft height) with an independent power supply on stage. For grand Piano set up extra stage size is required.

• Grand Piano logistics : grand Piano can only be set up at ground floor venues with trolley access and prior approval from venue management.

• Outdoor Events : Yes, provided the performance space is sheltered from potential rain and direct sunlight.

• Stage Styling : The setup requires good ambient lighting, elegant decoration, and a front-edge flower line to hide cables for clean event photos.

5. Are all of your performances with backing tracks and do you take requests ?

Yes, We perform with Pre-recorded high quality backing tracks, so requests from guests aren't possible. For a copy of our current repertoire list, please click here.

6. Will you require refreshments?

​​

• Drinks : Please provide water and soft drinks for the artists and team throughout the setup and performance.

• Meals : If our team is required on-site during lunch or dinner hours, we request that meals be provided. Please notify us in advance if meals cannot be accommodated.

7. Can I see you perform live before I book?

​

• Private Events : Most of our performances are for private events, so public viewing opportunities are rarely available.

• Digital Showcase : You can view high-quality videos of our live performances, past events, and setup styles directly on our social media pages.
